Art By HUI is not responsible for damages caused by normal wear and tear or overuse.
Art By HUI does not cover damage caused by a personal accident, improper care by dry cleaners, negligence, or the natural wear of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Please contact Art By HUI for tips on how to increase the longevity of your garments. Dry cleaning garments regularly is not recommended.
Clothing Policies
Your clothes are designed by Art By HUI to fit no one else but you, which is why we offer customized clothing fittings, alterations, and repairs.
It is mandatory by, Art By HUI that all clients set and keep all appointments to make the process of customizing clothing fittings, alterations and repairs seamless. Also a minimum of 1-2hours must be allocation for each appointment for any adjustments necessary. Depending on garment multiple appointments may be necessary. All custom fittings are done at the studio of Art By HUI
Style Change
Only one (1) style change is allowed when creating/designing your garment. After 5 days or after 1st fitting there will be no changes of design or add-ons.
Alterations
Art By HUI is not responsible for the cost of garment alterations under the following circumstances:
Garment Pick Up & Delivery
Picking up your garment is the customers responsibility. Art By HUI is not responsible for meeting clients, coming into the home of any clients. There are NO delivery services by Art BY HUI of any kind. Customer must set time to make appointment for picking up garments at the studio of Art By HUI.
Sculpture/Figure Pick Up & Delivery
Picking up your sculpture/figure is the customers responsibility, unless out of state or out of country, then shipping arrangements will be made accordingly. Local customers must set time to make appointment for picking up sculpture/figure at the studio of Art By HUI.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom Clothing: Since each Art By HUI garment is 100% custom made for you, we do not offer any returns or refunds of merchandise. All sales are final.
Sculptures: Since each Art By HUI sculpture/figure is 100% custom made for you, we do not offer any returns or refunds of handcrafted pieces. All sales are final.
